Punk’d Image offer a FREE UK DELIVERY service on all orders over £30.00 (UK). For your protection, all our deliveries recorded with tracking numbers (available on request) sent via 1st class recorded delivery. We also offer next working day delivery on all UK orders for an additional charge for this, this excludes the weekend and Bank holidays.

We hope to offer a high quality of service and aim for 100% customer satisfaction however if you wish to return any merchandise the postage for returned goods is non-refundable. If there is a delay in getting your item to you, you will be informed within 24 hours, either by email or by telephone. 

All of our packages require a signature, which guarantees tracking to your door. You can request tracking information from us and we will send your Royal Mail tracking number to you. If items are uncollected they will eventually be returned to us and incur a charge for sending them out again.

Prices for international postage are calculated and charged by weight on the individual item as calculated by Royal Mail. Once you are at the checkout the cost of postage will be added automatically dependent on the country of destination selected for any further information on our International Delivery prices please contact us on:

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of orders being placed, if for any reason there is a delay due to stocking issues we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of the cause and discuss this.
