Shipping & Delivery
For your protection, we send everything by signed for delivery and each parcel has a tracking number, which is available on request from us. All items are posted first class signed-for UK and international (insured) signed for Airmail, or you can choose to have your parcel sent by signed for guaranteed next day delivery for an extra cost (UK only). Please remember to allow 1 working day for this service - items ordered over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be sent out on the next working day.

A UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery option is offered at the checkout at an extra cost. (This option does not apply to free postage on orders over £30). WE NOW ACCEPT THE EURO AND US DOLLARS and are trading INTERNATIONALLY all over the WORLD

All of our packages require a signature, which guarantees tracking to your door. You can request tracking information from us and we will send your Royal Mail tracking number to you. If items are uncollected they will eventually be returned to us and incur a charge for sending them out again.

FREE POSTAGE IN UK ON ORDERS OVER £30!

Our postage costs are kept as low as possible! We post all our items by First Class Post. Items are charged by weight, as calculated by Royal Mail. If you go to checkout, the cost of postage will come up automatically. You can click on the box for the country of destination and it will be calculated for you. None of our costs are hidden and you can ring us on 0161 834 4073  if you are not sure about postage. Postage in UK is free for orders over £30.

We try to send items within 24 hours of orders being placed and if we do not have it in stock we will either e-mail or telephone you and offer an alternative or give you a waiting time if it is about to come into stock. The website is updated daily and everything that is online is in stock, unless someone has ordered the last one just before you placed your order, in which case we will order it for you.
Privacy & Security
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. However if we don not have the product in stock we shall REFUND you instantly.

We have implemented numerous measures to ensure that purchasing online from us is 100% safe and secure. The final checkout phase of our shop is hosted by RBS Worldpay. As one of the world's largest and most established payment providers on the Internet, we have chosen to entrust our security arrangements to them.

Your credit card details are encrypted over a 128bit SSL connection and transactions are secured and processed by RBS Worldpay backed by VeriSign's internet security infrastructure.

When you proceed to our payment page, you can see that the pages are secure by looking at the address which changes from being http:// to https:// You will also see a padlock symbol or key in the bottom bar of your browser. This also means that all details are confidential while input on the Internet and stay confidential when passed to the RBS Worldpay. We do not store or view your credit card details at any time; even if we refund your purchase for any reason, we do not physically see your card details.

As an extra security measure, your credit card details will not be retained on our secure servers, and this is why you must re-enter your card details each time you purchase anything from the site.

Returns & Replacements
We accept returns via post only.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY So they didn't like the present you got them, it didn't fit or they would prefer something else. If you're worried that you can't send stuff back to us after Christmas then worry no more! If you have purchased something from our site for Christmas and need to send it back, then as long as the item is returned with all the labels, packaging and is in the same condition as when you recieved it (i.e. unworn), this is no problem at all. All you need to do is let us know by email chadd-lad1@hotmail.co.uk. Should you not be 100% happy with an item, we are happy to offer a refund or item exchange for items returned unworn in their original packaging within 14 days of the shipping date. It is also worth noting that, although we expect you to cover the cost of returning an item to us, we will send out replacements to you free of charge.

If the goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will meet the cost of return and will replace or exchange such goods. We do not refund postage, if an exchange can be offered, but it is free if we post the item back to you. In all other circumstances, we will exchange the goods or refund you the amount which you paid for the goods, but we will not refund any costs to return the goods to us or the delivery charge. After the 14 day refund period has elapsed, we operate an exchange only policy for a period of 14 days after purchase. We may extend this time limit during Christmas or other holidays, when there will be a written notice on the website. Once you have received an item and it has been in your possession for the ten day period, you are considered to be the legal and moral owner of the goods.

This policy is in addition to any statutory rights which you have as a consumer. Please bear in mind that, having accepted the goods sent to you, you are legally and morally the owner of items you have bought. Goods which are returned in an unsaleable condition will be returned to you. Please do not return anything which has been worn, is without tags, covered in animal hairs, smells of cigarettes or perfume or is stained/damaged in any way. We are unable to accept goods after the returns time has elapsed. All returned goods are scrutinized and will be sent straight back if they do not meet our returns standards.

Goods must be adequately sealed in the original packaging. Please note that the Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped.

Please include details of the reason for the return, including full description of any faults or errors. This will ensure that you receive your refund or replacement goods promptly.

Please make sure that you have addressed the package clearly. Returns should be sent to: PUNK'D IMAGE AFFLECKS. You should obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package (the Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates).
